Norway supports efforts to fight corruption in BiH

On Thursday 14 July, The Norwegian Embassy took part in an event arranged by UNDP Bosnia Herzegovina, that marked the finalization of a training program on anticorruption. The representative from the Embassy handed out certificates to the employees from different institutions participating in the three-day training program in April.

The training program is part of the overall UNDP project “Strengthening Parliamentary Capacities and Key Institutions Mandated with fighting corruption in BiH”, which is supported by the Norwegian Embassy. The project aims to enhance capacities of the institutions in BiH to govern and tackle corruption and strengthen the Parliamentary Commission’s oversight function.

Prior to the certificate award ceremony, representatives from UNDP, APIK and the Agency of Public Service gave their opening speeches, followed by a panel discussion.
