Co-publisher of the book was Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina (HCHRBiH). This idea was mutually agreed between two organizations and the author in the last quartile of the 2007. Promotion was held in ACIPS on Friday, 22nd of February, 2008. It gathered a lot of media attention. Invitees were academia members, university students, NGO representatives, sponsors, author’s family and friends, and ACIPS’ and HCHRBiH partners and staff.
