The performance is a choreography performed by dancers and performers from Oslo, Belgrade and Sarajevo, and the piece rests on a physical exploration of the body's capacity of carrying untold and invisible stories.
The performance is based on the recent history of BiH and the Bosnian war. It is an act of remembrance and mourning, as well as a rehearsal for a burial and a beginning, but without slipping into forgetfulness.

Per Roar is the first research fellow in choreography at Oslo National Academy of the Arts. This fellowship (2003-2006) is based on and expressed through artistic practice. Per Roar is looking at choreography in a multimodal context in the cross road between documentary, socio-political concerns, aesthetics and media-exploration.
An Unfinished Story / Nedovršena Priča is part 3 in his trilogy Life & Death, which looks at choreography in context. Part 1 was titled A Song to Martin and opened in 2003. It was a study in the anatomy of grieving. The performance probed into his private grief and aimed to challenge the tabloids feasting on private matters in the public sphere. Part 2 is called A Rehearsal for Mortals and opened in 2005. It was addressing our mortality.
All three works are accompanied by documentary based video and sound design framing the piece.
