According to RTRS (Radio&Television of Republika Srpska) the goal of the program was to enhance local entrepeneurship in BiH, and increase the awareness of self-employment and business development. The show was broadcasted once a week during the fall of 2010, with the final taking place on January 30th. Norwegian Ambassador Jan Braathu was invited to the event, and he praised the competitors for their overall performance and the innovation of their business ideas.
During their studytrip to Norway the semi-finalists visited different companies in order to exchange information and experiences with Norwegian entrepreneurs. Among the companies they visited were Eker Design, Maritime Center and NRK Østfold in Fredrikstad, as well as Askim Frukt og Bærpresseri, Selma Kjøkken, and Askim Næringspark.
