Bilateral plan for defence cooperation between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Norway

The annual bilateral defence discussions between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Norway took place in Sarajevo 3 February 2011. The delegations discussed issues concerning BiH`s defence policy in the context of regional security, NATO’s new Strategic Concept and Partnership Cooperation, NATO integration, defence reform as well as regional cooperation. A Bilateral plan for defence cooperation for 2011 was signed.
The delegation from Bosnia-Herzegovina was led by Assistant Minister Zoran Sajinovic and Mr. Rajko Blagojevic from the Department for International Cooperation in the Ministry of Defence. The Norwegian delegation was led by Deputy Director General Kjersti Klæboe, Departement of Security Policy, Ministry of Defence. The meetings were held in a good atmosphere and the delegations agreed that cooperation between the two countries is extensive and based on a good relationship.
