Visa department facing technical difficulties

In connection with an upgrade of the visa system in Oslo we are facing technical problems.Norwegian Foreign Missions are lacking proper access to the system and thus visa applications cannot be handled until these technical problems have been solved. We are sorry for any inconvenience for our applicants but there is nothing the Embassy can do to speed up the process.
