The project has an objective to institutionalise the rights-based approach to municipal development and to ensure the implementation of the priority projects from the Rights-based Municipal Development Strategies.
It is directed at ensuring the sustainability of the RMAP process, securing effective implementation of prioritised interventions in the municipalities of Foca, Jajce, Lopare and Kalesija/Sapna, and strengthening the capacities of all stakeholders at the municipal level in order to take full ownership of the rights based planning process.
