Through organizational development, capacity building and development of a long-term program, the structure of the Red Cross Society of BiH will be strengthened. Cooperation and exchange of experiences between local Red Cross in BiH and Norway is a part of the project.
A stronger Red Cross in BiH will more effectively be able to help different municipalities, those groups most in need in BiH, and former refugees returning to their homes.
