This project was initiated in 2002 and its aim was to contribute to a well functioning multiparty political system in BiH, through a smaller number of multi-ethnic parliamentarian parties, which are directly and fully accountable to their citizenry. The project will consist of seminars held by the Norwegian political parties in Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla and Bihac.
The Norwegian political parties involved belongs to the middle of the political spectra, and they seek to co-operate with likeminded political parties also from the middle of the political spectra in Bosnia Herzegovina. Venstre and KrF are both part of the organisation Norwegian-International liberal council.
