Secondment to the OHR office, Helge Lurås
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has supported the secondment of Helge Lurås as political adviser at the OHR office (Office of the High Representative) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This secondment is made in cooperation with the Norwegian refugee council.
Helge Lurås has been seconded from 1. Januray 2007 – 31. December 2007 with the equivalent of NOK 821.700 in EUROs (106.348,27).
