The goal is to, apart from training, is to strenghten the work and cooperation between the two parallell municipal organisations in the Federation (SOGFBIH) and Republika Srpska (ALVRS). In the long run the goal is to make these two organisations become one. The project consist of training activities for both elected as well as employees in the municipal administration.
