The project will to a great extend build on SIVA’s experiences with the establishment of innovation centres in Norway and in Baltickum, and from the business incubator in Tuzla, BiH. The goal of the project is to design an innovation centre in cooperation with local/regional governments, and to through this, develop work by the use of competence from an environment of education and IKT competence in Banja Luka already established and built by the support from Norway and EU.
