The project is meant to through energy efficiency contribute to sustainable municipalities, local trade and industry, and the harmonization of EU-standards. Central elements of the project are local competence building as well as development of business plans (f.eks. applications for funding) for projects identified and prioritized from a Bosnian point of view. The project is to be carried out in close cooperation with the local organisation CENER 21.
